General Manager – eQuinelle Golf and Resident Club

Full-Time

Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage all aspects of club operations, including staff management,  member services, food and beverage and facility maintenance. 
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase overall revenue, efficiency and  customer satisfaction 
  • Maintain the safety and security of the course, staff and its facilities • Managing all staff in accordance with Club policies and provincial legislation • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and  retention. 
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean  and welcoming environment. 
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient operation of the club. • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to promote professional growth  within the team. 
  • Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to maintain high  levels of satisfaction. 
  • Collaborate with department heads to promote club events and programs effectively.

Skills 

  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with  members and staff. 
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks  simultaneously. 
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on trends in member  engagement. 
  • Proficiency in customer service principles to create a welcoming atmosphere for  all members. 
  • Experience in budget management and financial oversight is preferred. • Golf Club and recreational experience required. 
  • Experience in food and beverage, hospitality preferred. 
  • Knowledge of recreational programming is preferred but not required. • 

Minimum requirements: 

2 years of Golf Course/Hospitality management required.
